Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note: Any items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the transaction.
